Community Web’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

The information you enter in the registration form is for maintaining this web site secure and private for the use of the community, and to help keep neighborhood association records up to date. In addition, any information that you enter, such as address, phone number and credit card will be kept confidential and only used by Community Web for billing and/or delivery purposes. Information IS shared with officers of your citizens association to help them communicate with residents. Your credit card information will NOT be stored in our computers, though we do store the last four digits to keep track of historical transactions.

The personal information you enter is at your own risk. We take many precautions to protect your information including a technically advanced firewall to keep prowlers out, and encrypting your password, last name, and children's names in case someone illegally enters the database. While we take these measures to protect you, neither the company, nor its officers, can be held responsible for such illegal entry and any consequences. Most of the information we store is public anyway, and does not attract the attention of thieves more interested in account numbers, drivers licenses, social security numbers and such.

Community Web Holding (CWH) uses applications that allow us to identify you as a registered user and helps us record and keep your data, principally cookies. We use this information to facilitate your movement through the site and to keep track of user traffic. We can analyze what is being used to improve the site and information content. These cookies do not have the capability of infiltrating a user's hard drive and making off with personal information. We may also use cookie information to record which promotions and offers users may find more attractive. Any data gathered in this process is for the strict and sole use of Community Web and will not be shared, sold or distributed to marketing, advertising, promotional, or any third party.

Any information entered in the surveys will be used for the purpose of service feedback and quality control audits. Personal information such as your name and address will be kept out of results. Only the actual review will be shared with service contractors and preferred providers.

CWH has the right, at it’s sole discretion, to terminate your access to this website if it deems your usage of the site violates any of the following:

Neighborhood and Community Business Listings are available to legal local businesses. The description must be accurate and in good taste. Links must be to legal businesses in the US under US law and must not violate any of the standards above. We reserve the right to remove listings that we believe do not meet these standards and appreciate users notifying us of such listings. Refunds for removed listings will be made. Listings will be run on a best effort basis for up time. Ads are posted immediately after receiving payment and run the length of the contract. Ads can be updated by the user or cancelled at any time. No refunds or credits are available for early cancellation.

Deposits are taken in advance for neighborhood group service deals. They are refunded if the service is not provided within 30 days, unless otherwise authorized by the customer. CWH acts only as a referring party; all contracts for work done are between the customer and service provider. CWH assumes no liability for nonperformance or damages, though we will make an effort to contact both parties if problems arise.

All group buy offers are an agreement between the resident and service provider. CWH does not guarantee performance or payment. If disputes arise, CWH will make an effort to help resolve them, but is not responsible for doing so. CWH will usually drop a provider who fails to perform.

Donations of 10% of our referral fee to local communities are made when the cumulative amount exceeds $25.

CWH makes no representation that materials on this web site are appropriate or available for use in locations other than the US, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

CWH shall not be liable for any damages or costs arising out of or in any way connected with your use of any of the services or companies accessed through this web site.
