Dear Neighbor:

Welcome and thank you for logging on to the North White Oak Civic Association Web Site.

The North White Oak Civic Association (NWOCA) is a community organization dedicated to serving the interests of the neighborhood located south of Martin Luther King Park between New Hampshire Avenue and Colesville Road.

The goals and objectives of the NWOCA are to: (1) inform residents of and to stimulate interest in issues and events affecting the general welfare and quality of life of the North White Oak community, (2) to represent its members in civic matters before government agencies and other organizations, and (3) to promote the common good and general well-being of our community and its residents.

Meetings are held three times a year in the large basement meeting room at the White Oak Library. The agenda is posted on the North White Oak Civic Association Web Site about 2 weeks prior to the meeting date. We also provide e-mail notices of our meetings to those who register on our Web Site.

A membership in the NWOCA is $10.00 per household which covers a two year period. Additional membership information is provided on the "Join" page of our Web Site.
